York Mills Collegiate Institute has an average rating of 8.1. Additionally, St Andrews Middle School has also received acclaim for being a top-performing public school. Prices on average in York Mills are somewhat higher as compared to other listings. On average, a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment will range from CAD 1,989 per month to CAD 3,800 per month, respectively. Apartments are considerably bigger and offer better amenities and access to higher-ranked recreational facilities.
