We initially got introduced to Buttonwood Property Management back in 2016 and have been working with them since. at that time, we were looking for a solid investment and saw many properties before committing to buy. What I would love to share is that although the search took much longer than anyone would have hoped for, Sabine was never pushy to close a deal and wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. If anything, due to hot real estate market in Oakville and multiple emotional bidding wars, she was the one encouraging us not to raise our price any further on a couple of deals and instead continue our search. We eventually closed on a property for 85k below asking at a time when all properties were being sold for a 100k above asking on average. The negotiation process was text book scenario and Sabine excelled at it.
