Account Executive:

Required Credentials:

  • Strong background in new business sales is required. (Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales goals)
  • Previous sales experience with a focus on small to medium sized multi-residential properties.
  • Driven team player with the ability to create leads and close on opportunities. (At times work independently and at other times collaborate with the extended team)
  • Maintain a persuasive, tactful and professional demeanour.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Operates with a high level of ethical values at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Lead Negotiations, create proposals and estimates.
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written and strong command of the English language. (second language is an asset)
  • Excellent organizational, time management/prioritization, multi-tasking and change management skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of MS Office to include; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Proficiency with contact management programs or CRM is preferred but not required.

Property Administrator:

We are always looking for trust worthy property management administrators who have a passion to work with people and provide superior service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with owner and tenant requests.
  • Address and/or mitigate issues to cover a wide spectrum of property management aspects.
  • Preparing inspections report and securing reports to clients.
  • Organize and manage all aspects of manual filing and information retrieval related to business.
  • Providing follow up in a timely manner and prioritizing/sequencing multiple tasks.
  • Effectively handling incoming / outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare courier slips and arrange for courier pickup.
  • Train other team members and ensure succession planning is in place.
  • Order office supplies.

Required Credentials:

  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written and strong command of the English language.
  • We like to think that (God is in the details) instead of the (Devil is in the details). Attention to details is a must, without missing committed upon delivery timelines, which tend to be tight most of the time.
  • Solid technical knowledge of MS Office to include: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Excellent organizational, time management/prioritization, multi-tasking and change management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in an office administration role.
